Cancellations/refunds/substitutions

All requests for refunds or cancellation of registration must be made in writing before Monday 04 May 2001. If you cancel your registration prior to Monday 04 May 2001 (inclusive) you will be charged an administrative fee of € 250 to cover expenses. No refunds can be given if registrations are cancelled after this date. Allow eight to ten weeks for processing refunds. Substitution may be made at any time, by providing the registration office with written notice of the name of the registered delegate and the substitute.
