Registration Information

Note: Registration does not guarantee a seat as the SAS Analytic Lecture Series can fill up before registrations are processed. If space is available, you will receive confirmation via e-mail the next business day if we received your correct e-mail address. If you can't be reached by e-mail, you will receive a confirmation letter within five business days. If a session is unavailable, you will receive notification via e-mail or phone by the following business day to discuss alternative times or sessions.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the event for which you registered, please inform SAS as soon as possible. Fees are fully refundable if notification is received by phone, mail, or e-mail at least 8 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of an event; after that (7 calendar days or less), the full event fee will be charged. Substitutions (name changes) are accepted at any time prior to the session.

Cancellation Policy
SAS reserves the right to cancel session dates due to insufficient enrollment. Students will be notified of cancellations within 7 working days of the session start date.
Training Schedule
Sessions begin at 1 pm EDT on the scheduled start date. Sessions end by 4 or 4:30 pm EDT each day. Prior to sessions, please review and follow the general system requirements.
Please note the following:
Non-registered students are not permitted to view the Live Web session. SAS may disconnect without refund any students who broadcast the Live Web session to non-registered students. The use of recording equipment, including video and audio, is prohibited during the class.

SAS reserves the right to record this Live Web session for future rebroadcast.
U.S. Tax Information
Your invoice will include applicable sales taxes which, based on our understanding of your state's tax laws, SAS Institute Inc. is required to collect and remit. Taxes are applicable on sessions held in the following states: CT, HI, NM.
Continuing Education Units
Upon completion of each session, you earn Continuing Education Units (CEU). The CEU, a nationally recognized unit of measurement for continuing education, is defined as "ten contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction." CEUs give you units of measurement for professional development that can be accumulated and documented. You earn .3 CEUs for each half-day session.
